Consider the commission on selling a $300,000 property. Your commission as the listing agent would be 2.2% of the selling price, with the selling agent getting 1.8% At 2.2% commission, you receive $6,600. If you ONLY sold this property in 3 months, the cost of using the MLS-MapsByAir link ($54/month) would be 2.45% of $6,600.

Subscription prices per realtor for an unlimited number of listings are:
